This is a sauce for those who are just starting their journey down the Capsaicin expressway.

Layered up with plenty of Toasted Coconut, this sauce get’s a bright shock of Lime to keep things fresh and help build on those mellow Whisky Barrel Aged Green Jalapenos.

Light, Zippy, Sweet & Mild, This is the kind of hot sauce you could (should) feed your less spice inclined pals to start them on their spicy journey without feeling guilty!

Ingredients 

Chilli Mash (Water, Jalapeno Chilli, Salt, Onion, Acetic Acid, Garlic), Coconut Vinegar (12%), Brown Sugar, Skinned Lime(6%), Smoked Garlic, Toasted Coconut (1%), Lime Zest (1%), Vanilla Syrup, Onion Powder, Stabilizer (Guar Gum)

Medium hot, smoky chipotle chilies are used to give this jam a real kick.  Ideal with cold meats, wraps and with chicken drumsticks.   Delicious!
