Description
A special recipe you will only find from The Westray Bakehouse. A crunchy hard biscuit with a distinctive nutty flavour from the roasted ancient barley called Bere. Bere is grown in Orkney and milled at The Barony Mill in Birsay on the Orkney Mainland.
Delicious with cheese and chutney or with a thick spreading of Orkney or Isle of Skye Sea Salted butter.
