Found Donnies website by chance. When I saw he also sold Abernethy oatcakes I was hooked. Being a Scot on the other side of the wall is sometimes a slog. So when you find someone who can provide anything original from Scotland especially Abernethy oatcakes you don’t pass it up!
The ordering was easy, cost and postage were excellent value. When they arrived the packaging was 1st class. Of the 3 packets of oatcakes delivered only 1 had a tiny piece of a corner broken off. I am a happy man now enjoying authentic oatcakes with a strong cheese and a good malt. I would definitely recommend Donnies to everyone who can’t make it to the Isles but are wanting learn what good Scottish fare tastes like need to try his wares. You won’t be disappointed with the service!

As good as homemade. Not sweet as many oatcakes are so you can have savoury or sweet toppings.
