A smooth, rich, organic dark chocolate made with beans grown by a regenerative cooperative in Virunga National Park, Eastern Congo. The fruity, smoky flavours of this chocolate are beautifully lifted by a salty-sweet kick of hand-harvested sea salt from Scotland.

The salt used:
Blackthorn Sea Salt is harvested from a towering thorn tower that captures Atlantic salt on the wild west coast of Scotland. This beautiful, organically-approved sea salt adds vibrancy, zest and sweetness to the deep earthy notes of the 70% chocolate, which is made with rare Amelonado cocoa beans grown organically in the rainforests of Virunga National Park, DRC
INGREDIENTS
Organic cocoa mass, organic raw unrefined cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, sea salt (1%)
Cacao solids: 70% minimum.
May contain traces of milk, tree nuts, peanuts, seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), soya, cereals (gluten), eggs and celery.
