How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We use Paypal to handle our online payments.

Shipping And Handling:

The costs for shipping and handling are included in the total price quoted in our online shop. Depending on the size of your order we will select the most appropriate method of shipping to ensure that your goods arrive safely and in good time for your celebrations. We will update you when the goods have been posted and provide an expected delivery date.

Do you ship overseas?

We do ship overseas and can provide quotations for the best method of shipping the tablet to your destination.  Please just email Donnie with your requirements and we can provide a quotation.

I need tablet in the future.  When should I order?

As our customers are usually super organised for their weddings, events and celebrations we recommend that you place your Bulk tablet or favour order as early as possible.  We will contact you by email to check the date you require them for and add it to our diary.  The tablet will be made just before your event and posted by your selected shipping method.

Personalisation

Certain products have minimum order requirements.  If you are ordering less than 50 personalised favours please check min order quantities.

I can’t see my perfect wedding favour

All the favours are handmade by Donnie so please contact us to discuss your requirements.  I’m happy to work with you to create your perfect wedding favour.  Just let me know your requirements and I can provide a no obligation quotation.

How long will the tablet last?

All tablet is freshly made for each order.  Bulk tablet is supplied in 500g sealed bags.  The bags will arrive with around a 2 month best before date on.

Should I keep the tablet in the fridge?

There’s no need to keep the tablet in the fridge, in fact, it’s much better if you don’t.   Just keep it in a cool room, out of direct sunshine and away from strong smells.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If your order is for Wedding, Party or Conference Favours then we often need to arrange personalised tags, ribbons and boxes in advance of your event.  If you need to cancel your order the following sliding scale applies for refunds:

Cancellation up to  2 months before event full refund less £30 administration charge.
Cancellation from 2 months to 1 month before event 50% refund provided
Cancellation from 1 month up to the event no refund provided.

We can switch your event to a different date free of charge.  If any personalised tags have been ordered, then all we would ask is for the cost price of the tags to be paid to reprint them.

Please be aware of these terms and conditions, especially if organising events during the Coronavirus outbreak.

What are the base ingredients of your tablet?

Sugar, Butter (MILK) Condensed Milk (MILK = sugar)

The tablet is made in a kitchen where NUTS are used.
