I bought a couple of tins of Chrystal’s shortbread which is simply the best tasting shortbread (apart from mine 😉). Made by my old school friend who has shared her lovely Mum’s traditional recipe. This is something I have when I go back home to Scotland but have not been able to buy it in Cornwall. Was super excited to find it being sold at Highland Favours. Came in a lovely tin but you can buy different sizes and packets. It is really buttery and has the perfect homemade texture.
