Blaeberry Parfait: Rich white chocolate with whole Scottish blueberries.
Raspberry Mousse: Succulent raspberry pieces blended into a white chocolate centre.
Blackcurrant Truffle: The juice of blackcurrants is whipped into a white chocolate truffle.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (53% cocoa solids) [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soyalecithin , vanillin], white chocolate (23% milk solids) [sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin] butter (milk), glucose syrup, sugar, fondant [sugar, glucose solids, water], sweetened condensed milk, concentrated blaeberry juice (0.8%), flavourings, concentrated raspberry juice (0.5%), concentrated bramble juice (0.5%), concentrated blackcurrant juice (0.5%), whole blaeberries (0.2%), raspberry pieces (0.2%), alcohol, citric acid.
