Collection of dried herbs and fruits.
It will make approx. 20 cups of tea.
Ingredients:
- Sultanas 30%
- Chamomile
- Rose hip 27%
- Orange
- Cinnamon
- Hibiscus 13%
- Cloves.
Herbal Tea preparation
- Run the tap a little so the water is nicely aerated, and only boil it once to keep the oxygen level up
- Pour hot water in the ratio of 1 teaspoon per 200 ml and stir briefly
- Let it infuse for at least 5 minutes. Tea needs time to unlock all its flavour
- Then strain
- Add honey or sugar to taste and Enjoy
